This manual (pdf file) identifies three major modes of training (formal, non-formal, and informal) and then describes numerous specific models under each of the modes. It discusses two major analysis models (Holland's Two-Track, Clinton's Adapted System's).
It also defines and explains numerous training concepts. The end result—a person can analyze any kind of training for effectiveness and focus and the presence or absence of ideal model concepts. These same concepts can also be used to design specific training for a unique situation. (231 p.)
