Social Base Processing – Environments Out of Which A Leader Works

This article looks at the home base, personal living environment, out of which a leader operates. It suggests that this environment must function to meet four basic needs: emotional, economic, strategic, and physical. It further identifies patterns/ profiles, configurations for meeting those needs both for single leaders and married leaders. This article advocates a proactive stance toward identifying the most effective patterns, profiles, or configurations for the future. A must for leaders who want to finish well. (51 p.)
